By booking a test or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Q Labs Diagnostics provides:
- Laboratory diagnostic testing
- Home sample collection services
- On-site corporate and bulk health screening
- Report generation and delivery (digital/physical where applicable)
Services are subject to availability and serviceable locations.
2. Service Areas
Home sample collection is available within designated areas of Hyderabad.
Appointments outside primary service zones may:
- Be subject to additional charges, or
- Be declined based on operational feasibility.
3. Appointment Scheduling
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Preferred time slots are not guaranteed unless confirmed.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
We strive to adhere to committed time windows but do not guarantee exact arrival times.
4. Patient Responsibilities
The patient must:
- Provide accurate contact and address details.
- Follow fasting or pre-test preparation instructions (if applicable).
- Be available at the scheduled time.
Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect test accuracy, and repeat testing may be chargeable.
5. Sample Collection Standards
- Samples are collected by trained personnel using sterile equipment.
- Certain tests may require lab visit instead of home collection.
- In rare cases, sample recollection may be required due to quality issues.
6. Report Delivery
Reports may be delivered via:
- Secure digital link
- Physical copy (if requested)
Turnaround time depends on the type of test. Estimated timelines are indicative and may vary.
7. Corporate & Bulk Services
For corporate health programs:
- Services are delivered as per agreed scope.
- On-site testing requires adequate space and access arrangements.
- Final reporting format will be mutually agreed.
Separate agreements may override general service terms.
8. Refusal of Service
Q Labs Diagnostics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
- Safety concerns arise
- False information is provided
- Payment obligations are not met
- Staff are treated inappropriately
9. Service Interruptions
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Technical failures
- Events beyond reasonable control
10. Modifications
